Anyone #a2council related know why a speed limit might be temporarily raised? Noticed a sign pop up at Eisenhower just east of Industrial that puts the speed limit at 40, up from 35. I'm assuming it's traffic flow related due to the S. Industrial construction, but would love a factual answer.

So, if there happened to be, say, a group of white nationalists wearing masks to hide their identities, a four-part arrangement with the lyrics "show us your face" would be totally fine.
An interesting fact: Only the lyrics of "Carol of the Bells" are under copyright. The music, a Ukrainian New Year's song ("Shchedryk"), is in the public domain.
