Just caught up with the final episode of #ChefsTable Noodles, featuring Nite Yun. I missed watching Chef’s Table - one of my favourite foodie programmes, every episode is so beautifully done. It’s much more than food - it’s people’s stories. Thank you, David Gelb!

Over the last few weeks, I have done important training. First, I had an opportunity to do Mental Health First Aid training with @mhfaengland.bsky.social and now I’m a certified MHFAider. Such an intense but valuable course, to be able to support others. Grateful for the tools I was given. 1/2
