The Aethereal Echo is complete now!
This was a fun project, which took me way more than I hoped.
The ultimate Ping machine pings the Internet, displays ping time and monitors WiFi.
Inside, ESP32 configured using an Access Point and captive portal allows setting IP addresses of monitored servers.
Soyalella is soy milk maker. Soyabell is IOT ESP32-based milk making cycle end notifier. 90% vibe coded with Gemini including ESP32WiFi library.
Does it really make sense to publish such code to Github when anyone can just ask for it?

GitHub - v01dma1n/Soyabell: Soyabell is an ESP32-based IoT device that listens for the specific "beep" frequency of a Soyabella milk maker and sends an SMS notification when your milk is ready.

This is very ambitious plan for one day 😉

Good advice. At this point it does not talk over Wi-Fi much but this is one of those not obvious things.

How about Thirty-two Spanish Pesetas? 🙄

The text reader pronounces ESP32 as 'Thirty-two Spanish Pesetas.' 🙄

I noticed this 6 months ago; have they really not fixed it?

Is it actually rarer to discuss microcontrollers than old Spanish money?

The ears of the Soy Milk Ready SMS Notifier is this tiny, cute I2S mike.

Yes, I’m a 'soy-boy' - I make soy milk every week for my yogurt. My milk maker beeps so faintly at the end of its cycle that I frequently forget it's done.
Enter the Soy Milk Ready SMS Notifier: an ESP32-based listener that makes sure I never miss a batch.

There are 3d models of the printable insert for rollers with bearings and even humidity indicator 🙄

I keep my filament in cerial boxes with dessicant and internal humidity does not exceed 35-40%. During the printout the filament is pulled throug a port in a box via tubing. So it is under control but still, the differnce between summer and winter printouts is shocking to me.

While I can't complain about lack of dust, the printer is in an enclosure. What do dust cause?

In dry winter air everything prints perfectly on my 3d printer. So, was the humidity the source of all the troubles?

Flashback to the summer of 2018.
On the chain of a hanging flower basket sits the only insect capable of turning its head.
It is looking at me.

I just got $40 power supply and received it within a week without any additional cost.

Gemini rushes with explanation:

The "Why"
The text-to-speech engine is prioritizing the ISO 4217 currency code (ESP = Spanish Peseta) over the alphanumeric string. Since Pesetas were replaced by the Euro in 2002, the algorithm is definitely outdated contextually.

What was I thinking taking up on assembling this board. 6 caps and 16 resistors soldered. 256 LEDs to go...

I hate the question, which pops up in my mind when I see something cool: is it real?

Individually addressable LEDs.... so cute! They look like regular LEDs except... they have 4 pins: +5V, GND, Data In, Data Out. 5 and 8 mm LEDs

While I agree with you that most likely he has no clue about RPi, I believe that this overzealous decision was made by some security "expert".
Do not lose hope 😉
