In a functional country, this would be a scandal. A service suffering only from chronic underfunding was ripped apart because the media created a myth of 1000s of complaints of malpractice. The truth - as in my family’s experience - was very different.

Wait, that's what RFK Jr _actually_ sounds like?? I thought people were putting modulation on his voice as a meme! If someone asked me to sound design a reanimated corpse, that's what I'd do first and think 'nah that's too obvious'! Good grief!

I have cured myself from shingles by repeatedly hurling myself down the side of a mountain. Not sure if this is standard practice but it’s worked for me!

Hello fellow chair sitters. I had a great chair, but my lower back still used to feel bad, now it doesn't. I did the following: 1) getting a new mattress (mine was 9 years old) and 2) these two dead simple stretches every day. Just passing it on.

All of my bag of health niggles decided to gank me over the Christmas break. Tendinitis in my knee, psoriasis explosion everywhere, thyroid levels all wrong. The stress of getting back to a fitness level to enjoy snowboarding next week has really done me in.

The new series of Fionna & Cake feels like the creative team have taken all Adventure Time gubbins they made when they were much younger and naive and told 'just make whatever you want', and I'm enjoying it immensely. Hey I just realised it's in my favourite genre "Millennial Fail Angst".

Nature getting its ideas from a From Soft game now is it?
The Tasselled Wobbegong is a master of disguise that can eat a fish almost as big as itself in one gulp. It's classified as a shark, but when it lays on the sea floor it looks like a harmless rug if you manage to see it. But with powerful jaws and sharp teeth they are no fish to mess with.
