Yes they are liars, but also sloppy and lazy investigators.
Its amazing how many of these cases are falling apart. DOJ used to have a conviction rate of 90%. Careful, long term investigations. Not anymore.

That little man sure is full of hate. I've read interviews with his uncle talking about the family's immigration history and trying to puzzle through Miller's hatred of immigrants. My take away is some people just need to hate.
