Jaylen brown was phenomenal once again, but it feels like he’s the only one the defense really has to defend against. Everyone else is being defended on an island and they can’t make the defense pay.

Not Celtics related but… we had a staff 3v3 basketball tourney yesterday (8 teams), aaand your boy won! Team name the Vanilla Thunder in honor of Kornet
(also haven’t done a face reveal yet but figured this was the right time, usually rock a beard but just started no-shave-November)

The Spurs are good. They are a contender, not in the future, not if everything goes right, not if they get someone at the deadline, but right now. They have:
-top 5-10 player
-a good offensive system
-players bought into the team
-a deep roster that can handle ups & downs
-Luke Kornet

This is the most fun I’ve had watching the Celtics in a long time. We were very good last year, but there was so much expectation. This year no pressure just love the game, and pride and being a Celtic.

The Celtics are having a lot of fun right now.
Can’t stress how important it is to learn to play together, we’ve forgotten that with the steady rosters the last few years, but a lot of new faces playing ball minutes and handling the ball, it takes time to gel.

Well on the plus side, this start really does demonstrate how valuable Tatum is. Not a shot at Brown, that man is the only reason we haven’t been blown out in all three games, but this is definitely going to be a gap year.
