Okay @unexploredcast.bsky.social I am heavily into tango sector now am LOVING the home cooking on the ship. Koji marinated mushroom I can do,not sure about deep fried mole about or ostrich carpaccio but I can find a replacement I’m sure. Time to make the Palagian crew food come to life.
