About halfway through the development for Bardsung 2, I was told to add orcs. The usual level of creative freedom, which I loved, they said "we want your take, go wild"

I ended up going industrial with them and it was so fun. Their king remains my favorite design from that faction, he was so fun!

Due to recent discussions: when I worked at a library, I was trained on how to politely but directly respond to unwanted sexual comments. Unfortunately commonly-marketed fantasies about librarians mean it happens a lot.

Rehearse these. Be comfortable saying them forcefully, but politely.
Cordial but Firm Anti-Creep Phrases ”This is a [professional space] and I’d really appreciate it if you’d act accordingly.” “I’m not interested in discussing my personal life.” AND/OR “I keep my personal and professional life separate, thanks.” “I really don’t think that’s appropriate behavior/to say at a [professional conference]. Is there something else we can discuss?” OR phrase it as a rhetorical question: “Do you think that’s an appropriate thing to do/say at a [professional conference]?” “That is not what I’m here for. Let’s change the subject.”

Presentation of a design of a nature deity. In it, a full rendered body together with the first thumbnails of the creature's design can be seen. The text explains a bit of the lore behind it. Concept of the mask of the creature. There is a fully rendered version to show its color and textures, as well as the front and sides views and colors of the "eyes" according to the state the creature is in. Call-outs of the creatures textures next to the rendered version and the side view of the full creature with and without the wood, cloth and moss it usually has on it. Representations of the creature running and attacking as well as concept showing the different steps of the beam it can fire from its halo.
