My family and I, and the entire Japanese American community on the West Coast, were denied due process during our internment in WWII. It is a cherished, critical right for all people within the U.S.’s borders.

the first failed attempt was when US Attorney Eric Seibert refused to indict James — because he had integrity, and James hadn’t actually broken any laws. Donny then forced Seibert to resign, and replaced him with compliant stooge Lindsey Halligan, who was only too happy to indict James. but then that indictment was tossed after a judge ruled that ‘Donny says I’m the prettiest’ was not a lawful reason for appointing Halligan in the first place. now, two grand juries have told the DOJ to fuck straight off.
