Before Christmas and during the holiday break, I started to work really give watercolour painting a go. It's still early days in this very challenging medium, but creative mindfulness is good medicine for the mind and soul after stressful days at work.

I have some really great students who are so very kind and thoughtful. One of my #FoundationYear students made me a personalised Xmas card as I've been one of her #Biology lecturers, helped her settle her in to the course, and because I always wear cool biology shirts. I absolutely LOVE it!! 😍🎄😍🎅😍
