When this blows over I might have to share some of the emails I’ve received over the days which really make me wonder why I am the one accused of hatred. There is deep unresolved trauma being spewed by some of these people and we cannot consent to living according to their warped reality.

Just heard about a friend’s (white) adult son out with his (brown) mate at night this week, and a random bloke has bowled up and started abusing the brown mate for being Muslim (he is, but no obvious sign). Friend’s son tells him to “F-off racist” and the bloke punches him. Only 1 kind of hatred?

I had no idea all those nice little grey-haired old ladies from the leafy North Shore I saw on the way to the Harbour Bridge march were there to stoke hatred and inspire terrorism! They will be pretty shocked to find out, too!
