I was in the bleachers for this game. I sat through most of the hard rain in my seat. Worth every second of being sick the next week.

I posted this on X last night and the last 12 hours have been filled with MAGA telling me to leave the country and calling me a bunch of slurs and somehow bringing trans people into it? These people are gone, there's no saving them.

Just popped in to see my FIL at work. He was talking to a Hispanic gentleman he works with when I walked in. I walked up and asked if they were ok, and the gentleman told me some customer was calling him slurs and can't wait to see him get taken away ETC.

In theory, yes, this is relativity. However, it's also a numbers game. At year 5, each year has been 20% of your entire life, a very large percent. Each year that percentage drops drastically. At 45, one year is only about 2% of your entire life. Just some perspective!
Can’t sleep. Obsessed w/ idea that 1st 15 years of my life- ‘65 to’80- seemed to take forever. But 3 different 15 year segments since feel like they whizzed by. I doubt this is the theory of relativity Einstein wrote about. But how can Sgt Pepper’s to Born to Run be same distance as Damn is to now?
