Last night, the scene of the New Year's countdown in downtown Frankfurt. It had been ages since I'd experienced such a lively yet chaotic event. The continuous bursts of fireworks and the crowds' clamor mixed with the siren of ambulances and fire trucks—truly a heart-pounding New Year's Eve.
