NYCFC vs ORL - 3/8/25
The light purple socks are a nice touch for the Lions. The color that looks best with purple is other purple, imo.
I can’t wait for NYC to play in a stadium that can fit an actual soccer pitch. So hard to watch.
I don’t feel like I gleaned much from this short video.

NYCFC vs ORL - 3/8/25

DC vs SKC - 3/8/25
I don’t think these legacy these teams are very good. DC at least has the decency to maintain their original kit style.
Christian Benteke and Eric Thommy are very good.
Jared Stroud can still hit a nice early cross.
It’s weird when there are no clips from the last 30 minutes.

Atlanta is going to score again one day? Right?

I’ve been trying to watch the Full Match highlights of every MLS game this season. It really feels like I get a better sense of the league this way than watching Wrap-Up, even if it is a little too goal focused.

Austin FC kit thoughts: The design is solid, but it’s held back by the BAD adidas template. I’m a lot madder after seeing Miami’s kit, b/c:

I've seen a lot of talk in Austin FC media/fan spaces about need for a number 10, so I wanted to see what's worked in MLS recently. There's little correlation with just having a primary chance creator and "success." There's a lot of nuance beyond that.
