I have three different physical sketchbooks right now lol a “travel journal”, where all the mixed media art is from places I’ve visited/adventures I’ve had (local and far). One is for practicing alcohol markers specifically. And one is a combo bullet journal/planner and random sketches.

My vampire OC is named Eden and he is a total himbo man slut. Golden retriever energy! He’s his sire’s favorite, and hoping to move up in the Camarilla Court because of it. He was a sex worker before getting turned; now he manages the club (called The Garden) he used to work out of.

Fantastic thread that made me stop and think hard about how I, an artist, talk about myself & my art. Admittedly, I’m often more negative than positive. That changes today. I hate AI, but that aside, I want to contribute to making others feel excited about creativity vs the opposite.
in a session with my therapist, she was commenting how she can't draw a stick figure -- then recalled a time when she could envision exactly what she wanted and it came out easily on the canvas. and she had no idea how she did it.
