Washington Post dismantled the platform Jamal wrote on. Discarded the fellowship they created in his memory.

They fired me unjustly for speaking the truth.

But I’ll never stop talking about my friend, writer, and amazing human, Jamal Khashoggi.

RIP, Jamal.

Where are the House Republicans? NOT in D.C., that’s for sure. Speaker Johnson won’t even seat Rep. Grijalva because of the Epstein files.

A person who is used to covering for and enabling pedophiles would say this
Jordan on Ghislaine Maxwell Transcript: This confirms what we all knew: President Trump didn’t do anything wrong. This transcript confirms that. There’s nothing there based on this interview with Maxwell.

He called a guy rescuing kids a pedophile b/c it interfered with hawking his own BS company
He disowned his trans daughter
He supports neo-Nazis and other extremists.

What a great guy!
Sen. Kevin Cramer: "To the point about Elon -- it's one more illustration of what a good guy he is. And people who don't like Elon have never met Elon Musk. He is truly one of the most gentle creatures and sweet men. He's exceptional in so many ways."

I know it's cool to mock Aaron Sorkin's presidential fantasies as hopelessly naive, but it's easy to enjoy the fantasy of a president who can't buy his girlfriend flowers because he doesn't have a credit card, when the alternative is a president turning the White House into a Tesla dealership.

I literally reported this Wednesday.
SCOOP: New Social Security chief was being investigated for leaking data to DOGE when Musk team tapped him. Sr officials placed him on paid leave while probing whether he may have violated privacy & tax laws, WaPo's Lisa Rein reports.

I’m surprised there hasn’t been more outrage about Gretzky representing Canada as honorary captain at a time like this. Giving team Canada red “Be Great” hats? Disgusting. Not the time or the place to be promoting Gretzky or his political allegiances.

When these inaccuracies were first found, they could be called "mistakes."

When DOGE took efforts to cover them up, they can no longer be considered "mistakes."

Interesting thing for the President to say about a person who, according the government’s lawyers, “has no actual or formal authority to make government decisions himself” and “only has the ability to advise the President, or communicate the President’s directives.”

in the trump administration, “merit” is pronounced “white” like how strom thrumond said it.
Just look at these paragraphs from the AP story.

Hegseth called Brown unqualified solely because he's Black. Then they fired him... and replaced him with a white guy so indisputably unqualified that he requires a Presidential waiver.

This is what "merit" means to them.

Doing this right before firing three top military leaders is so deranged. Source at DoD told me, “Disdain for Hegseth is a near-universal feeling even among the Trumpiest in the office.“
New — All Department of Defense agencies were sent a video of an agitated Pete Hegseth debunking supposedly fake media stories. Today at least one agency called an “emergency” town hall and forced employees to watch the propaganda.

Why is it that when people think about traveling to the past, they worry about doing something small that will drastically change the present, but no one in the present thinks that doing something small today can drastically change the future?
