Good points but this guy wasn't traumatized. Check his military and ICE bio. He positioned himself in front of the car after switching the phone to his left hand. He drew his gun before the car moved forward. He fully understood the leeway granted to him and didn't hesitate to shoot to kill.

I am educated. I saw this coming 25 years ago.
I am not a Rhodes scholar. I am an average Jo. But I could see this coming 25 years ago. Why is it those with exalted educations couldn’t? It’s shaking my ideas about being overly educated as well. There is a certain amount of education which is very necessary ..after that,,, potential spoiled rats.
