Since January, SpaceX has received over $560 million in government contracts—an amount projected to surpass $2 billion in taxpayer funding by year’s end, averaging roughly $6.1 million per day. Follow the money and see where it goes.

If trickle down economics was sound economics, Americans would be thriving right now.

It’s. Not. Trickling. Down.

It’s been nearly FIFTY years.

We have been careful to avoid using the word coup, but it’s time to call it what it is—this is a coup. Trump signed an executive order granting only the attorney general or the president the authority to interpret laws executed by the executive branch.

PlayStation Portal - do we love it the way we love our Steam Deck or Switch? Is it worth it?

Snitch on your colleagues. Step 1 of fascism. Believe me I know. I lived in the Philippines. I know what Martial Law feels like. People used to snitch on each other so that they don’t lose their jobs or go to jail or get disappeared.
Here's an e-mail that just went out to NASA agency wide. 🔭

Working on this needlepoint canvas that was bought 31 years ago when my grandma was still alive. We worked on the gold in the bottle together and it’s time to finish it.

Hi. I'm Andrew. I own New England's oldest map store because last year I moved across the country after an old guy retired and gave it to me Willy Wonka-style. Visit my store in Rhode Island. www.mapcenter.com

This is the first time since immunotherapy started last November that mom wanted to go to a restaurant and get food rather than heading home and going straight to bed. I will take this as a win.

I’m currently reading How to Sell a Haunted House by Grady Hendrix and it’s one of my favorite reads of 2024.

I have some really fun and meaningful needlepoint canvases to stitch this upcoming year, but I have been eyeballing this dragon egg from @spellboundstitch.bsky.social since these dropped. There are like 8 colors to choose from, but this one screamed out at me immediately. I love the color so much!

Hung up this cork board to add my needlepoint projects that are in the queue. Running out of space so decided to go vertical in my room.

I woke up seeing a reminder that I have $10 in rewards to spend at Michael’s that will expire in a few days.

Not sure if I should stockpile more needles for stitching or pick up an accessory for the Cricut machine mom and I just got on Black Friday.

Finished! Need to get a tiny frame for it. Love our little Secret Santa that was crafting only with a $5 limit. Easy peasy!

Freddy Mercury died of AIDS 33 years ago today. With modern medical technology, he likely would have lived. Never forget how much progress against major infectious disease has been made in a short time. We are at risk now of rolling back much of that progress.

My mom one year ago starting immunotherapy and mom on Monday with her hair growing back now from radiation last October. She’s lost 20 lbs but she’s still fighting every step of the way!
