Whatever sentence Paul O’Keefe got for driving under the influence, using the defense attorneys paid for by Karen - that should be the maximum sentence Karen receives if convicted of OUI!
If Karen is acquitted of the three major charges but convicted on the lesser included OUI under count 2, she shouldn’t face prison time. Convictions usually result in probation, court-ordered treatment/education and/or a suspended license (typically 1 year).

Whatever sentence Paul O’Keefe got for driving under the influence, using the defense attorneys paid for by Karen - that should be the maximum sentence Karen receives if convicted of OUI!
I think they want to ensure Karen doesn’t go to prison because they don’t believe she killed John. They want to make sure she doesn’t get a Manslaughter conviction if they find she was indeed OUI (and only OUI). The OUI is at the very bottom of Count 2 so I think they’re confused
These questions, imo, are great news for #KarenRead I believe they’ve found her NG on Counts 1 & 3, & haven’t found her Guilty of any offense in Count 2 that involves Karen hitting John. They’re asking if she’s found Guilty of OUI will that convict her of manslaughter due to the form being unclear!

I’m GenX & loved watching Lindsay Wagner as The Bionic Woman. I remember when I first saw her I thought she was so naturally beautiful (& a bad ass)! I loved the way she spelled Lindsay with an “ay”. I continued to love her name into adulthood so in 1990 I named my first daughter Lindsay 💖
