A lot of CRPGs are gay but Citizen Sleeper games are trans. They don't have gay romance subplots they have "overthrow capitalism to get puberty blockers" main plots.

Just beat Citizen Sleeper for the first time after having it lay dormant on my Switch for so long. Now playing the sequel.
