Im basically an anonymous operator in our trauma system

this is, however, the one thing not quatifiable and billable in the whole dr/pt encounter.
there is $$ value in spending actual time with patients. bill some imaging, confirm an ICD code, bill the diagnosis
until healthcare reprioritises billing, there wont be financial scope to actually talk.

Not sure if saying 'im getting good at revising broken gamma nails' is a good thing?
Moderately impressed that this took 18months to break the nail.
