Deadhead into several jam bands, along with classic rock, jazz, vaporwave, etc. Coffee and a decent edible are good too.

Spot on. Paranoid is rightly seen as an essential metal template, but it should also be seen as an essential document of it's era. Still relevant today.
Out of all the supposed anti-war music made by the boomers, nothing hit as fiercely as ‘War Pigs’ and it was all from Ozzy’s working class despair and delivery.

Music tip of the day: Check out the band Dizgo if you're in the mood for psychedelic energy, infectious grooves, and plenty of Moog.

A few DSOTM behind the scenes fun facts

I'd also add:

The "stoned" laughter in the background of Speak to Me and Brain Damage is from Peter Watts, a road manager pictured on the back of the Ummagumma sleeve. Also the slide guitar on Breathe was a pedal steel David Gilmour purchased back in 1968.
