Childhood trauma is more common than you think it is. A lot of people go through stuff in childhood that they genuinely don't remember as adults. That's dissociative amnesia.
And just because someone is happy doesn't mean they can't have a disorder.

Most people living with DID/OSDD do not know that they have it, as they are covert disorders. Some estimates are as high as 10% of the world's population living with OSDD/DID combined.
