From a journalist friend: Just spreading the word. The CDC is purging data, so people should archive their favorite CDC datasets today, namely ones around race/ethnic diversity, LGBTQ, and reproductive health. Also health data involving climate. The youth risk behavior survey has already gone down.

Unfortunately, even independence doesn’t stop individual journalists from elevating and normalizing fascist leaders via their illogical application of objectivity norms.
The older (lol) I get, the more I realize journalistic independence is the unsung hero of integrity.

I'm sure this is a different pool of money, but when media companies do stuff like this they should not thereafter be allowed to fire reporters to save on costs
This would have been a terrible case to overturn Sullivan but paying out $15m to settle sure sets a terrible precedent!
JUST IN: A day after Trump and George Stephanopoulos were ordered to appear for depositions, they settled the case.

ABC has agreed to make a $15 million contribution to Trump presidential museum/foundation and air an apology for mischaracterizing the E. Jean Carroll verdict.
