PEM is horrid, conventional 'wisdom' says that after you have been ill, part of the 'road to recovery' is excerise, to Re condition your body, muscles, lungs ect.
PEM means that exercise where you push to expand your limits, makes you worse.
TL;DR- any kind of estimate is a proxy, and instead of wasting our time and energy, we should demand👏🏼 accountability👏🏼
