UK maga's explanation of a feedback loop:

anything that looks like A -> B -> C
Reform UK’s Councillor Dave Poole has put out this bizarre graphic littered with spelling errors.

Our favourite part is where it says Reform UK keeps being called the ‘fat right’.

They say that all philosophy is footnotes to Plato, but in fact he merely pre-plagiarized us
Oh fuck he stole (in advance, in 2014) my Paul Revere reference, in exactly the same context (quantum entanglement). Bastard!

Algebraic geometry is monkey business
Children build math skills on a “cognitive bridge” between space & number. But where does it come from? Our new study finds monkeys transfer learning and abstractions across geometry & numerosity, revealing the evolutionary roots of basic math development. 🧪🧠

What's wild is how common the identity element is. Imagine being a complex polynomial and a permutation of three bananas.
Its like how pi is always showing up all over higher math. It occurs in number theory as the prime-counting function, frequently appears as projection map of fibered bundles, and its all over the arithmetic hierarchy.
The Fibonacci sequence appears throughout nature. For example, in the Earth's orbit around the sun, first it makes one complete revolution. Then one more. Then two more, then three more, then five more, and so on.
