Wouldn’t it be great if you could write content, see it come to life in an on-brand landing page, and ask AI to improve your text as you go?

Well, that’s exactly what we released this week 👇

The simple formula {name} + {company} might have worked better 😅

My favourite marketing thing in 2024 comes from the B2C world: Gen Z left grandpas without Guinness when "Kardashians" started advertising it on social

Some say hardware is our bottleneck in AI (too expensive to run).

Some say models have already used all public data.

But very few are talking about us, humans being the bottleneck of adopting tech that is more clever than us.

If you focus on a niche in your freelance service marketing and bring generalist skills to the project, nothing can stop you.

(I was reminded by someone who was marketing their all-inclusive services to me today)

HoppyCopy helps you write emails that deliver results. And we bet their hero delivers results, too.

1️⃣ It’s super clear what you get
2️⃣ It’s credible
3️⃣ It speaks directly to you
4️⃣ It uses a category label for SEO and Google Ads
5️⃣ It shows social proof

“I watched it twice!”

“This was fun to watch!”

Not celebrating yet, no ready product to sell.

But it surely motivates our team massively when we hear those words from prospects who don’t know us and who viewed a 10-minute demo video.

Who watches 10-minute product demos? And twice!?

AI can help you create landing page visuals for e-commerce, travel, and many other industries.

But B2B #SaaS? Tough.

One trick for you to try: 3-5 second product videos.

A short video can give more context than a static image from your app’s dashboard.

@wistia.bsky.social’s videos are 👏

You sometimes hope there’s a time travel machine.

When you hear people say, “I’d love to buy this; when is it ready?”, you hope it would be easy.

Just a prompt away with Replit, v0, etc.

But it’s not.

No idea if they actually buy later.

No time travel machine in early-stage SaaS.

“Listen to your customers” is a great advice.

But, building a successful SaaS product consists of thousands of decisions made by multi-talented teams.

Data should influence.

Your vision (and key differentiator) should make the final decision.

"I would probably buy it now if it was available, tbh"

For a bootstrapped SaaS team at a pre-product stage, demo video feedback like this adds fuel to the fire.

Magic trick? Discuss with your prospects every day.

There’s no one and only SaaS landing page.

3 things for you to consider:

1️⃣ Page type

E.g., industry vs competitor comparison.

2️⃣ User intent

E.g., educational vs transactional.

3️⃣ Product details and sales model.

E.g., developer-focused vs marketing tool. Sales-led vs. marketing-led

3 things you can learn from Default’s testimonials 👇

1️⃣ Titles make it easier for visitors to see what they are all about.

2️⃣ Keep quotes short, make sure they are authentic, and discuss transformation from old to new.

3️⃣ Profile images increase trust.

🎯 5/5 from us.

When creating a SaaS and you are pre-product, you can choose two out of three: speed, quality, and complexity.

Which one do you pick?

I pick speed and quality.

I would rather reduce the MVP’s features than deliver anything where the quality is different from where I want it to be.

It’s easy to find a painful problem to solve and build a SaaS.

But it’s NOT easy:

🤔 Find out why the problem hasn’t been solved.

🔨 Build a high-quality product.

No AI will solve those two points for you. At least not yet.

Joining a startup as one of the first employees is a huge risk.

Money might run out. The product is not ready. Founders might not know how to run a business.

But AI has flipped that.

For the first time in my working career, I believe it’s a safer choice than being one of the thousands at IBM.

Building what customers say they want only works if you truly know what they mean.

Example 👇

They say: "It takes so much time for our developer to get those final tweaks done"

They might mean: "The plans were probably understood differently at the start of the project"

✅ Find out the 2nd one

#SaaS landing page tip: handle objections like Macaw 👇

1️⃣ The subtle mention of ‘Advanced’
2️⃣ ‘that humans love to read’ appeals to emotions
3️⃣ ‘Writes like a human’ repeats the main point
4️⃣ ‘Start with 3 free articles’ removes the risk
5️⃣ A short auto-playing video underneath shows the key screens

Nothing but a problem and a dream.

That’s where it all starts when building a new company.

Now brewing with LandingRabbit 👇

Problem: Building SaaS marketing pages is so damn hard.

Dream: The back-and-forth with stakeholders ends, and I can focus on what I do best – creating content that converts
