it shouldn’t take an election for people to realize how bad things are. things have historically been bad for BIPOC, women & Queer folks. things have awful in the Middle East & globally since before I was born.
most protests are against v10len¢e of some sort & when you respond to v10len¢e w/ non-v10len¢e you can see clearly who has the upper hand. if something is on fire, you figure out a way to put it out, you don't yell into the void for it to stop burning.

This is not a U.S. Marshal, Federal Protective Service, or any other federal law enforcement officer. This is a private security guard from Triple Canopy. He has no authority to block members of Congress who have oversight of the EPA from entering the building.
