I've only ever really paid attention to a handful of social media stars. And this guy, a genuinely good guy, is one of them. I will forever remember his "Faturdays" posts to Twitter, where he'd give his unbiased and hilarious video reviews of snack foods, candy, ice cream, whatever. Fuck cancer.

I don't think Search is Threads' problem. Its problem is that it seems to have the same sort of mystery algorithm as the rest of Meta, bent on force-feeding users what it thinks they want (and a whole lot of things it knows they don't want).
