Big day tomorrow. I'll be starting a brand new job. NGL, I'm terrified. I've been unemployed for three years now, so this will be a very big change and I really want to do everything to leave a good impression. I'm also excited, as this seems to be a nice place to work. I'll be giving it my all!

Well, that's nearly it for 2025. Can't say I'm optimistic for 2026 to be better, but it sure would be nice.

I self-published my first ever book, which felt really good. I also finally got a job after a year of searching, which I'm both nervous and excited for. Lastly, I completed a copy editing and proofreading course and earned a certificate for both :3

Metroid Prime 4 100%ed on Hard mode. I think I can safely say I like it more than 3 Corruption but it doesn't hit the highs on 1 & 2. The 8/10 scores I've seen for it feels appropriate. A great game with some issues.

Went for the Platinum trophy in Wuchang. I don't think I've resonated with a Soulslike this much since Bloodborne. Wish the picture I got for the trophy was comprehensible lol

My newest creation for the chibi army, it's Chibi Kalila! Very happy with this one. It's a dynamic pose and it doesn't look too stiff, either!

I've been studying Chibi art for a little while now, and was finally confident to try doing the whole process myself. I'm pretty happy with it. I still have a ways to go to make them look less stiff and more expressive, but for a first attempt, that's a pretty cute little man!

Got this funny little visual glitch while playing The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Looks like Spidey's webs can solidify now. Hell of a range to the wall, too!

While I'm still not crazy about the new price of amiibo, I appreciate that they are larger and more detailed. I can't see myself buying any more after the last of the Prime 4 amiibo are released, though.
