Gym people, I need help. I’ve started back and am keen to A) keep fit B) tone up. I’ve never used free weights either.
Any suggestions of good things to do?

10 months later and I’ve reactivated the gym membership. Coach potato no more (unless a Baileys is involved).

Getting to watch these two in the Westend again was everything I had hoped for. From a very intimate & updated version of Oliver, to a powerful & emotional show from the Lion King that made me cry like a baby from the moment the first note was played. They were so worth the money.
