If you're getting a mask a used Avon C50 with 40mm NATO filters is probably the most cost-effective choice you can make. Many organizations retire them after 10 years so check the expiration date.
A 3M 6800 with the appropriate filters is good too. Don't trust stuff you see on Amazon.

If you see an ICE agent, you should totally tell them you're armed and reach into your pocket for ID. I can't see how that could possibly go wrong
