Music, Everton, Test Match Cricket, other football, all the other cricket (apart from ‘The Hundred’), national hunt racing, in that order. Oh, and please hit me up with some good books, fiction obviously.
Agree with the various commentators. Russia knows the ‘peace plan’ they’ve drafted for Shitkoff is unacceptable to Ukrainians. They are simply using Trump’s reptilian venality (and likely kompromat) to decouple the US from Ukraine’s defence effort. A squalid little back room deal.

England. Hoist with their own petard. Well played Travis Head. This series could get ugly.

Stokes has turned a game in England’s favour again. He remains my all-time sporting hero. Above even Peter Reid.

Australian mate has just wagered me a Head and a Green century apiece. I took it on. 😬

Woke up with that familiar morning Ashes feeling, but England’s bowlers coming to the rescue. A new sensation. (Sorry to quote an Aussie band)

Steve Rosenberg is doing a brilliant job of documenting the worsening authoritarianism and the free-falling economy in Russia through reading their press. Unfortunately not a single Russian newspaper has mentioned the cause of all this…🤔

Just saw a trailer for the new Wuthering Heights, an Aussie playing Heathcliffe and an Aussie playing Cathy. That is some elite level trolling as the Ashes are about to start. Touché Australia, Touché.

Is is cowardly to smile at the fact Cummins and Hazlewood are out of the Aussie attack for the first test?

Let's face it, no-one has ever worked so hard, pulled so many strings, called in so many favours, tried so many wheezes, just to keep the information that proves he's innocent secret.

I’m worried Slot is performing too poorly and will get sacked too soon. He needs to be backed in at least one more transfer window to try and turn things around.

Remember that time Ian McCulloch compared the mismanagement of Liverpool FC to all the fans getting ‘raped’? I haven’t been able to listen to Echo and the Bunnymen with a straight face since, which is a bit of a shame. #koppitebehaviour

If you ever find yourself wondering where you stand on an issue, try the daily mail test. Ask what the daily mail would say and then do the opposite. You will be on the right side of history 999 times in a thousand.

Really hope Europe are gunning for 12/12 today and grind these obnoxious Americans into the dust.

(I’ve actually never met an obnoxious American, where do they all crawl out from? There’s obviously an absolute fuck-ton of them)

Farage happy to give a platform to a doctor who claims covid vaccines caused cancer in royal family. Farage not happy to state that paracetamol does not cause autism. Healthcare policy will be dictated by witchcraft and hearsay under Reform. Where is the f**king scrutiny of this charlatan?
