Ok i got one: Let's (Canada) annex Puerto Rico. Puerto Ricans are being treated natives in a state being colonized by wealthy Americans and have no vote. We don't even need to use any kind of force, just ask. Canada can offer all the things the US refuses to offer Puerto Ricans.
