I didn’t always watch @joyannreid.bsky.social on MSNBC, and when I did, sometimes I didn’t agree with her. But now, I’m surprised by how profoundly sad I am, unable to tune in. Sad that her voice no longer carries those airwaves at 7:00 ET. Thank you for sharing your point of view with us, Joy.

But blanket layoffs at the FAA, or the folks that safeguard our nuclear arsenal, or the IRS employees making sure YOU get your tax refund… there’s nothing efficient about it.

Anecdote: equal opportunity initiatives made them feel like they were forced to hire a person of color & that person didn’t work out - instead of seeming to indicate that only a white person could do the job to ur satisfaction, why not consider hiring process didn’t provide broadest candidate pool?
