Scotland needs to be independent to escape the course the UK is on. I walk. I cook. I sometimes write and draw. I play instruments and love music. I love fitba. Wee bit on the autism spectrum.

I've been walking the entire north-south length of Scotland and raising some cash for cancer research as I go. Always happy for both donations or company as I wander. Next big leg will be the John O'Groats trail

Absolutely love these 2 photos I took of my auld da while we walked the John O'Groats trail. He stopped to change socks and caught his position from a different angle he was blissfully unaware of. Scotland is a beautiful place 💙

I've stopped buying any American products. Been screaming about Europe needing to cut ties and be self sufficient particularly on defence. I really want to see the World Cup. Damn you FIFA.

Got to play with a hiab recently. Feel like my little nephew who is obsessed with trucks

I really want to go to the World Cup, but I damn well dont want to be going to USA just now. Its a dilemma. Hope we end up in Canada or Mexico

I dont remember a time I've ever been in as much despair at the state of the Western world but particularly USA and GB. It's thr champion of nothing its supposed to be and protecting nothing of its supposed values. Changing of the guard needed

Thanks to everyone that sent some money through towards cancer research. Didn't wear the kilt the whole way this time (too many barbed wire fences to get over) but there's plenty of Scottishness on show

Scotland is such a show off. Been out walking in the Highlands last week raising some money for cancer research. Here's a few pics from along the way.

Isn't it about time we talked about taking away the vote from the elderly as well as giving it to 16 year olds? It's not really their future

The absolute dearth of anything but career shills, bought and paid for by vested interests, in WM is exactly why Scotland needs to get out this 'union'

Maybe I'm just over simplistic, but isn't it much more straight forward for Holyrood to just take a vote on whether to recognise itself as the successor to the rights of the Scottish parliament that entered the union? Then if you have a right to enter, you have a right to exit

This fellow once turned up at my primary school in Rutherglen in response to a letter from a classmate and did a 20 minute set to a class of 8 year olds. Never sought anything in return and never saw it mentioned in any press. Circa 1988.
By some considerable distance, the most naturally funny man of all time 🙏

Rod Stewart, Morrissey and Midge Ure are leaving? Cheerio then 👋
Some of the U.K.’s richest residents are leaving for Spain, Italy, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates — places where taxes are lower or where they can pay a flat tax to shield their global income.
Are the super-rich leaving London? Tax changes could spur wealth exodus.
Oligarchs, exiled leaders, hedge fund managers and high net worth locals have coexisted in a city where old and new money collide. That may start to change.
