Benefit cut will save £1bn a year. Hardly significant.
It can have up to £20bn by taxing capital gains and dividends at the same rate as wages, and charging NIC. But won't do it.

The idea that instead of tackling racism, Labour should seek some imaginary racism sweetspot - the precise amount of racism in public policy that will persuade people to turn away from Reform - is what helped ruin the Tories and will do the same for Labour.
