I spoke to a mother last night and the hoops she has had to go through for her child - she had to call every day for NINE MONTHS just to get to speak to someone.
HSE estimates that 20,000+ Assessments of Need are due for completion by the end of 2024 (see letter in link). I just edited an article from the Ombudsman for Children about this.

Doctors Without Borders teams in #Sudan are treating war-wounded patients with catastrophic injuries and providing humanitarian aid and medical care.
More than 11 million have been displaced by the current conflict, including over 3 million who have fled to countries like Chad & South Sudan.
