Last Christmas my son and daughter-in-law bought me a jigsaw puzzle to get me off my phone. Since then I've always had one on the go. Finished a little 500 piece one this evening.

What would I do if I had any influence on education policy?
Well first I would tell the DfE to calm down on the demands and the 'driving up' of everything because the people I meet on the ground are all telling me that meeting actual children's needs must come first. ⬇️ #EduSky
