At SaltWire, I saw how the "Level 10" mentality works. In our case, our entire industry was dying, and yet our "leadership team" chose to waste huge amounts of our scant productive time in endless meetings talking about "shoutouts" and "accomplishments", patting each other on the back. Total BS.
