I really don't get the hate toward lab grown meat. It feels like one of those things that humanity should have immediately rushed toward once they learned it was possible. Your life isn't going to change just because it was grown in a different way. There's no logical reason to hate it in my opinion

Leaks are a huge disappointment for the people who have worked on something for years and then don't get the joy of telling people about it. If leaks are good for the project itself isn't really relevant. Developers care about what they work on and feel pride to share on their own terms.

I know lab grown meat sounds weird to a lot of people but it will genuinely solve so many problems if it succeeds
Lab-grown food that tastes like real meat could be transformational. It can improve animal welfare (no death), climate change (uses less water, creates less GHGs), biodiversity (less farmland = more nature), hygiene (eg. no bird flu), and more. Interesting to see how this goes. 🧪
