After literal YEARS of not having lights in our bathrooms, I've finally managed to convince the landlord that the only way to change the bulbs was to get a maintenance person to literally rip the fixings out of the ceiling, because they were incorrectly installed.

I'm currently awaiting both an ADHD assessment and approval for jobseekers allowance, and whenever I reach the end of the timeframe they specify, I receive another email that basically just says;
