For anyone curious about my Bluesky name: As I'd originally intended to use Bsky mainly for my genealogy/history research, I chose a name that was an homage to the title of a poem written by one of my great-great-grandfathers, Harlan Ashley Pierce. Unfortunately, then politics took over the world.

If the POTUS being credibly accused of being part of the biggest sex trafficking scandal in our history don't bother them, I can't think of much that would. His base only cares about two things, making money for his rich donors, and making life miserable for the most vulnerable in our society.
The fact that Republicans inspite of Trumps insanity have not tried to impeach an obvious dictator wannabe shows you that they are either compromised or paid off with no insight into the horror they're unleashing.
