Think I've got the mounting panel design for my zynthian clone finished. I still need to hook up the four buttons on the bottom and design/print some knobs for the encoders, but after that it's just assemble the housing and I've got ablittle mobile music making station.

AT&T reps just came to my door to sell me their phone service. I think by the end of it I had the three of them convinced to switch their personal service to mint. There is legit no comparison between price and quality of service with mint to anything else.

Pretty enthused. I got inspired to make my own pocket field notes journal. Just 12 sheets of printer paper cut into 4.5" tall pages, folded in half, then sewn together with a popyart box cover using a leather working needle and some waxed thread. It took me maybe 20 minutes

I cant believe it, but 1 month later, and I've basically got the entire song down. Some parts are still a little sloppy, but I've got it. The part I thought I'd never be able to play I've got down solid. AND the tabs online are wrong, so had to figure out from the live video with my instructor.

I went roller skating for the first time in years. Really enjoyed it and thought it'd be a great new activity to get into to exercise and socialize. Bought skates, but they were kinda shit, bought and installed new wheels and bearings. Have never gone skating again......

Trying to make a midi quantized looper pedal with the hothouse daisy seed pedal. It's both going well and not well.
I can now read midi notes in, but for some reason it prints as garbage, and I can't read in the Midi Time Code in to get the bpm at all.

Insurance open-enrollment is such absolute bullshit. My Ex and I are still on each other's insurance. My companies open-enrollment is Oct27-Nov7, theirsnis Nov4-Nov20. So we have 4 overlapping days to make sure we can get together and make an educated decision on our insurance. Bullshit.

Almost got myself in trouble. I was following the Zynthian V5 schematic, but didn't realize that it uses the QFN footprint, I'm using the DIP package, and they have a VERY different pinout. I thankfully thought to verify the data sheet with the schematics before I started soldering chip connections.

well this a project that absorbed way more time than I planned. mcp23017 and encoders to control raspberry pi running #Zynthian. turns out the only solid core wire I had on hand was just red or 0.1mm magnet wire. but it's 99% done. just need the ground bus, but thats tomorrow's problem.

I'm still learning Snakes for the Divine by High in Fire, and I've got the main riffs down, but fucking hell that solo is FAST! I can play the first bit at speed, the next bit at about 70% and then I'm out. Gonna keep trying though. (solo starts at 3:39)
