Are you joking? Me? For the little guy? Of course I'm for the little guy.
@hotdogsladies.bsky.social @alexcoxfm.bsky.social Because I know this is the kind of thing y'all will love- in the most recent season of Taskmaster, they removed Nick's reflection in every single task. You can see it here at 3:02 and 4:33.

I have no idea how humanity got anything done before we had the ability to listen to Not Strong Enough by boygenius on loop. Incredible.

Man with a Movie Camera with an electronic jazz score absolutely slaps. The editing of Man with a Movie Camera is unbelievably modern and the constant drum grove compliments this section perfectly.

Summer playlist is a lot of Bob Dylan, Talking Heads, and Chappell Roan. So that's where we're at right now.

My Fantastic Four (I couldn't find a good picture with all of them together so just imagine that they're doing an avengers assemble style 360 action shot on top of the barricade.)

If “Self Imposed Deadlines” was the name of a game show that came on after Jeopardy, I would be confidently yelling answers at the screen and getting every one of them wrong.

I'm starting a newsletter about AI.

I really, really like AI.

But we need more nuanced conversations about it. We need to engage both the opportunities it presents and the oppression it can enable. And we need to do it now.

boygenius' Cool About It is a perfect song. Three verses with an integrated and evolving chorus. Perfect accompaniment and instrumental development. The expansion and contraction of the mix becoming more dynamic in both directions across each verse. Exactly three minutes. Queer. It's just so good.

I did it!🎉

I wanted to up my coding skills, so I rebuilt my entire photography website from scratch.

HTML, CSS, Javascript, and a custom mini CMS to boot.

I care a lot about my philosophy on photography and wanted a space that reflected those values. I hope you enjoy!

Got to direct some voice actors today, and boy have I missed it. I love working with actors so much.

At the end of last week, I had an exciting breakthrough with my photography website! I now have a setup where I can drop photos into a folder, put the metadata in a JSON, and have JavaScript automatically build each gallery with the right images!

Sat down to work on this photography website project and hit play on my airpods thinking my podcast would turn on, but it was hijacked by my personal Apple Music station playing I'd Love to Change the World by Ten Years After. Corny as hell, but I'll get my kicks where I can.

Been working on building my photography website from scratch, and I've got fully keyboard-accessible navigation and light, dark, and high-contrast modes!

These two features were my first foray into Javascript in almost a decade, and it was really fun jumping back in. More updates to come!
