A pretty basic FBI rule of thumb is to always go into an interview knowing more than they think you know. No way Blanche digested the whole Epstein/Maxwell case. Original prosecutor fired. No FBI agents. Victims left out. How did he know how to test her credibility? What follow up questions to ask?

After getting caught attempting to blackmail Europe through his illegal Yemen attacks, US oligarch Trump is now threatening the European Union and Canada with more "tariffs" if they sign a trade deal with each other.

Sidenote: Trump believes the European Union is a country.

BREAKING: France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain & UK sign a joint statement vowing to protect Ukraine’s sovereignty & demanding a role in the peace talks.

This is leadership.

It’s also unprecedented.

A western alliance is having to form against a new, twin & united threat: Trump & Putin.

A reminder: in the past, when a singer's mic cut out during the U.S. National Anthem at a hockey game in Canada, the entire arena stepped in, singing every single word of the Star Spangled Banner together.

Tonight, thanks to Trump, Canada is booing during the National Anthem.

Finland is teaching children in school how to recognize fake news and propaganda as part of critical thinking and civic responsibility. Some of this will seem very familiar.

A jury of 12 of his peers who heard all of the evidence and had the opportunity to hear his lawyers argue against it unanimously agreed that he was guilty. Prosecutors can't make that happen, nor can judges. That's our criminal justice system in action. The jurors found Trump guilty.

Twenty years ago this morning, half a world away in Iraq, me and the rest of my scout platoon prepared for a convoy escort mission that had us, if not exactly worried, spooked.

But we'd been in country since April. We'd been blown up and shot at and done plenty of shooting ourselves.

German transshipments of cars and parts to Russia via Turkey and Central Asia (orange) are so big they offset completely the drop in direct exports to Russia (black). Germany has shown itself to be an awful combination of short-term greed and poor leadership. "Ein Totalausfall."

Apparently it is only an issue when you strike Russia. Here's the thing, Ukraine will adhere to the LOAC while Russia has no idea what the LOAC is.
🇺🇳🇷🇺 UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric called for protecting civilians in Russia following reports that Biden potentially allowed Ukraine to use ATACMS missiles for deep strikes. He stressed adherence to humanitarian law to prevent harm to civilians and infrastructure.

A lot of the positions people like RFK jr. take (anti-vax, anti-pasteurization etc.) get described as “controversial.”

They’re not. There is no controversy. This is long-settled science. The correct term is “stupid.”
