GD wants a new election code according to which Georgian citizens won't be able to vote abroad, but would have to come to Georgia for it. Would've somewhat understood if they were not allowed to vote at all due to not being part of social, political life, but then how would you bus people in?

Wonder what is the total amount in the behind the scenes shake down. Must be hundreds of millions for it to be worth doing all this. That is from him and his in laws and wider family.
