The best fertilizer? A thriving ecosystem. We don’t rely on chemicals—we build fertility by working with nature. Syntropic agroforestry stacks species, cycles nutrients, and lets trees farm themselves. The result? A farm that grows food while regenerating the land. #SyntropicForestry

New #rstats pkg gander is now on CRAN!

gander is a coding assistant that knows how describe the objects in your global R environment. So, when you're working with data, LLMs will know the names, types, and distributions of data columns, resulting in much more effective completions.

So, Trump wants to rename the Gulf of Mexico the "Gulf of America" now?

He's going to flip out when he sees the Gulf of California is in Mexico!

I did it! I deleted my X accounts
- I don't wanna be associated with it anymore
- The fewer users that use it the better

Facebook is next on the list. It has actually been due for many years already
- I don't wanna be the product of the big tech companies

Most academics think critical thinking is about being a skeptic.

But the key mental model isn't about questioning everything.

Most academics think it's about:

• Learning complex frameworks
• Memorizing logical fallacies
• Speaking in fancy jargon
• Reading more papers

Wrong approach.

At Meta, the starting salary for a mid-entry level engineer is apparently USD 400 - 500 000.
The business model of ads and tracking everyone’s movement on the internet is for sure lucrative….
