There’s a ‘96 GMC (?) commercial that demonstrated an airbag system. The video editing had me believing that airbags turned you into crash test dummies.
A breathing child got buckled into the car seat, then boom. After the airbag deflated, it left behind a dummy.
Mom got a Jimmy. I screamed.

As a former compulsive shopper and someone now who even sometimes laments being sent things as PR swag, this article resonated with me.

God, I’m really upset how much hate I know Starfleet Academy is going to get. It’s Star Trek made for the CW-style crowd, which is PERFECTLY FINE. But because it’s not intended as mass audience aimed mainly at boomer dudes, it’s gonna face so much vitriol. Especially those kid actors. Angers me.

In May, I started learning Bisaya with a tutor on Preply. 🇵🇭 30 hrs of lessons so far. Now I’m on a trip for my cousin’s wedding, and while I still have a long way to go, my lola has been so thrilled. 🥲 One of the most rewarding moves I’ve made in my alcohol sobriety. ❤️ Salamat kaayo, Maria!
