The trio sits down with Iron Valiant as Cinderace translates his message as best he can. Meowscarada recalls her most prominent experience with loss. It occurred in Eastern Europe during the first months of 1970, when she and her husband (50's) were wrapping up their final expedition together.

The researchers stationed there are lucky the Trio arrived, as they bring with them a frighteningly powerful individual.
